it is reported that the suspension ACR grafted VC copolymer resin (ACR-g-VC) developed by Shenghua has been listed as a new product under the national key plan in 2010 and has received government financial support. Relying on the R & D platform of Hebei chlor alkali Engineering Technology Research Center, the company cooperated with Hebei University of technology to carry out a large number of pilot tests of ACR special resins. The qualification rate of pilot products reached 100%, meeting all physical and mechanical performance indexes in the project contract. On this basis, by optimizing the formula and process, they have carried out multiple 13.5m3 polymerizer scale-up production, and rectified the monomer dropping system and recovery system, which has greatly improved the product quality and reduced the consumption rate of 8 items of raw elastic modulus and maximum experimental force by 2%

at present, ACR finished products have passed a series of tests such as Vicat softening temperature, load deformation temperature, tensile strength, etc., and all test data meet relevant standards. In the next step, the company will successively carry out industrial adhesive production of ACR special resin in 30m3 polymerizer and 70m3 polymerizer, and eventually form a capacity of 50000 tons in 2012 to meet the domestic market demand
