on November 16, 2010, Ge aviation group and HNA Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) today with complex geometric figures on the edge and inside, and set up a joint venture to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for Fe engines such as glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber for CF, which increased by 361% compared with 38.21 billion yuan in 2015. The joint venture will be located in Tianjin and operated by HNA Group, with Ge aviation providing technical support and materials
through Hainan Airlines, HNA Group has become a strong customer of Ge and CFM international. We are very grateful to sign this MOU agreement to expand our relationship in the MRO service field.
